1. DIGITAL PROCESSING

Our older needle detectors perform signal as analog circuit. A newly designed digital PC board has enabled reduction of magnetic disturbance and increased the stability of needle detecting performance by the digital processing.

2. LARGE-SIZED LCD

The blue LCD has improved the visibility and operatively, compared to our previous models. This has enabled various settings such as the sensitivity, language mode and etc., and can be showing current condition of the machine on the display too.
3. PRECISE SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT

Increased sensitivity steps from 10 to 101. So, the best sensitivity can be set for respective garments.
4. LOW SPEED MODE (Additional function)

By lowering conveyor belt speed, accessories which are unstable quality can be inspected without causing wrong detection with high sensitivity.(* vary among different accessories)
5. RESTART FUNCTION

Equipped with a restart function which is convenient for “9 POINTS TEST” before operation. The conveyor belt restarts at regular interval without pressing the start button after detection. This makes the operation smooth.
6. FOOT SWITCH

Equipped with a foot switch as standard equipment. It is useful for starting the conveyor belt without using hand.
7. MACHINE OPERATION HISTORY

Equipped with a large capacity memory, enabled the machine operation history to be recorded (up to 800cases).Utilizing the history, it is possible to manage the needle detection operation.

Two head sensor
The two sensor head are set at different angle to minimize a detection difference made by direction of broken.

 This machine has adopted new design detecting sensor so that φ0.8mm is available at detecting 100mm height. It promises detecting accuracy.

This is a continuous type machine therefore production is greatly increased.

The automatic Belt Warping Prevention Device keeps both the upper and lower belts in the same position. Using the feed back system, damage is prevented. (Patent Pending)

Using the electronic thermostat and the SSR, the temperature difference’s range is kept at ±3C. The SSR’s electronic parts have no contact points making for durability.

Various stackers can be used with this machine.

This machine has a front conveyor belt which greatly increases production levels.
The Rotary Strip Off Device can be attached as optional equipment.
By pushing the heater control switch the temperature of the upper and lower or front and rear heater can be easily controlled. This means various materials can be used safely.

The pressure roller is covered with a layer of silicon rubber. The upper and lower pressure rollers are completely separated when the pressure is set at 0.
The heating plate is covered with special hard alumite, making it durable. The exchange of belts is very easy.
The Belt Stopping Device stops the belt automatically if the belt warps therefore protecting the belt.
The entrance of the feed in point can be adjusted easily according to the thickness of the material and interlining being used.
An anti puckering roller is installed in this machine. This roller’s position can be adjusted.
Wing tables can be attached to the work table. When these tables are not in use, they can be folded down. (Option)
The pressure is easily adjusted.
Depending on which of the optional tables is used, various shapes can be easily pressed.

  HPM-600CA TOP FUSING MACHINE  
     
 
Features

Drum heater assures sufficient material heating from the every start of operation, just the same as flat type heating.

Temperature is automatically controlled by means of an electronic thermostat and SSR, and it maintains a sensitive thermostatic switch that turns on and off alternately, and the control temperature difference range is always within ±5C.

Using the electronic thermostat and the SSR, the temperature difference’s range is kept at ±3C. The SSR’s electronic parts have no contact points making for durability.

Uniformity and high pressure are maintained by a new air cylinder, a silicon rubber roller and pressure support roller.

Anti-static type Teflon belt assures longer belt life, and belt cleaning and maintenance is easy made.
Belt Warping Prevention Device (patent) maintains the belt at the same position at all times, so the operator needs only to insert the fabric.
An inspection window in the center of the operation table provides a clear view of the fabric.
